Waived Plan Code on line 16

Hello Everyone

 

does anyone have a remedy to put correct codes for Line 16, if the employee waived coverage.

 

 

We tried to use UBAAS but that does not seem to resolve the issue completely.

 

 

Scenario: - employee switched from PT to FT in June. Line 16 shows 2B from Jan to May, which we believe is correct. For June the cell is blank for line 16. From July line 16 shows 2D for july, aug and September, and then again blank for Oct, Nov and Dec.

 

Can anyone share if you had the same scenario. We have this issue with Waived plans.

 

 

any help will be appreciated.
