Maintain Exempt amount for the withholding tax type 001

Hi Experts,

With TUB 161 document there is a change for the tax authority North Dakota tax type 001.

We have to maintain the exemption amount from $3950 to $4000.

Usually when the L* transport is applied this type of changes will be updated.

When we applied the L* transport this changes is not updated.

Could you please help me out on this.
